We recommend using our comprehensive Fit Guide available on the website or visiting a professional fitter at one of our retail locations to ensure you find the perfect size and style for your shape.

What is your return policy?

We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, some items like hosiery may be final sale.

How should I care for my Wacoal lingerie?

To preserve the elasticity and delicate lace of your garments, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent and laying flat to dry. Avoid using a dryer or bleach.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for faster delivery.

Does Wacoal offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States, its territories, and APO/FPO addresses. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to international customers soon.
