We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Wacoal purchase, which is why we offer a 60-day return window for unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygienic reasons, items must be in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with all original tags and labels attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
